Fiber optics (optical fibers) are long, thin strands of very pure glass about the diameter of a human hair. They are arranged in bundles called optical cables and used to transmit light signals over long distances.

Parts of a single optical fiber

· Core - Thin glass center of the fiber where the light travels

· Cladding - Outer optical material surrounding the core that reflects the light back into the core

· Buffer coating - Plastic coating that protects the fiber from damage and moisture

So here we have our power source! But light cannot travel through dirty fibers; beware, it is being said dirty, not dark, because: The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. Jn 1: 5

Corresponding to that, baptism now saves you—not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience—through  the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 1P 3:21

Our heart: So that you will prove yourselves to be  blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a  crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world. Philippians 2: 15

Our Body: Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. Ro 12: 1

Our armor: Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.

          Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

          For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

         Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Ephesians 6: 10-13

In a fiber optic communication system, the signals are transmitted as light.

Most communication travels in two directions and requires a transmitter and a receiver at each end. This is called in God’s terms: Communion with the Father!

The Father: Then a cloud formed, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud, ^"This is My beloved Son, listen to Him!" Mark 9: 7

Jesus: Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life." John 8: 12

The Power of God: Brethren, I may confidently say to you regarding the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

         "And so, because he was a prophet and knew that God had sworn to him with an oath to seat one of his descendants on his throne,

         he looked ahead and spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that He was neither abandoned to Hades, nor did His flesh suffer decay.

         "This Jesus God raised up again, to which we are all witnesses.

         "Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured forth this which you both see and hear.

         "For it was not David who ascended into heaven, but he himself says:

‘The Lord said to my Lord,

"Sit at My right hand,

           Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet."

         "Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ—this Jesus whom you crucified." Acts 2: 29-36

Minister: Of this church I was made a minister according to the stewardship from God bestowed on me for your benefit, so that I might fully carry out the preaching of the word of God, Colossians 1: 25

Disciple: The word of God kept on spreading; and the number of the disciples continued to increase greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were becoming obedient to the faith. Acts: 6: 7

In conclusion, the Lord’s light cannot travel through dirty vessels. The power of God needs to shine in the obscure places of the vessel, to show the vessel, what areas need clean up.

The vessel needs to accept in humbleness that it has dirty spots that deserve immediate attention of cleaning, if the vessel really wants the commitment to witness for Jesus.

Paul had reached such degree, that he was courageous enough to say: Therefore I urge you, imitate me. 1Co 4: 16

Brethren, I have not met or known anybody, whom God had raised to such degree of maturity during these last days, than Doyle. Imitate him!

I do not exalt a man and never will, but the Lord Jesus said that you would know who is who, by their fruits. Mt 7: 20

And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you also may believe. John 19: 35

Nevertheless, this teaching is not intended for the heathen, but for the so called :

Christian Brothers. The spirit of truth does not reside in those of wicked hearts, and believe me, the church is full of that!

Humble yourselves and seek the Lord while He may be found!

Call upon Him while He is near! Isaiah 55: 6
